Solway Photo Series – Dumfries & Galloway
The Solway Photo Series was a part of the stakeholder engagement work of the SMILE project which looked for submissions of images from stakeholders around the Solway Firth. Social media is filled with stunning images from locals and visitors to the Solway who each have a unique way of seeing the Firth. This Series shines a light on the photography from stakeholders, while giving a look into how some see, value, interact with, and are impacted by the Solway Firth.
The Solway Photo Series has received stunning photo submissions from both sides of the Solway, scroll through to see some of the submissions from talented locals and visitors to the Solway shores.
Photos which are featured in the Review have been given permission through the Solway Photo Series terms and conditions to be used by Solway Firth Partnership. Those exploring the images do not have permission to use or reproduce the images.
Photo references are far larger within the Solway Photo Series section of the Review, below, in order to draw attention to the talented locals and visitors around the Solway Firth who submitted their images.
We would like to extend our thanks to all of those who have submitted images for the Solway Photo Series.
