Scottish Government Passes the draft Regulation for Deposit Return Scheme
The Scottish government has passed draft regulations for the deposit return scheme (DRS). MSPs voted by 36 to 16 in favour of the regulations, with 19 abstaining. Support for Scottish seafood industry worth £22.5 million
