The Solway Coast National Landscape Team is Recruiting!
The Solway Coast National Landscape (formerly known as Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) team is recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic member of staff to assist with the development and delivery of projects contributing to the conservation of the landscape.
Much of the role will be focused on public engagement and communications, working with a wide range of people to encourage them to develop their understanding and enjoyment of the landscape and their role in looking after it. The role will deliver projects and work programmes right across the designated area, involving harder to reach communities and working to provide people with the opportunities to improve their health and wellbeing and spend time outdoors. It’s a great opportunity to bring people and landscapes together, engaging all ages and backgrounds with nature, the coastline and the rich historical legacy we have here on the Solway.
