SkiffieWorlds 2019, from 7 to 13 July, will be a colourful and exciting time for Stranraer and the surrounding area when we welcome clubs from all over the World to the Worlds Coastal Rowing Championships; it won’t just be rowing organisers are planning a whole family fun festival with children’s, family activities, artisan food fair, trips to other tourism destinations and lots of fun filled activities throughout the whole town.
SkiffieWorld organisers are working hard to ensure Stranraer & Loch Ryan are highlighted as an ideal location to host other national and international water-based activities, a tourism destination that would put the whole town and surrounding area on the map. How good would that be for locals, businesses and the tourism sector.
