Setting the Direction for Flood and Coastal Erosion Research in England and Wales

Setting the Direction for Flood and Coastal Erosion Research in England and Wales.

A document has just been produced which lists the areas of research interest for the FCERM (Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management) research and development programme up to 2028 when they will be reviewed. These are used to focus research activity and engagement.

The FCERM research and development programme is a collaborative partnership between Defra, the Environment Agency, Natural Resources Wales, and Welsh Government. It works on behalf of all risk management authorities (RMAs) in England and Wales. RMAs work together to reduce the risk of flooding and coastal erosion.
