Join the ‘Investigating the Mull of Galloway’, a Zoom Webinar

Investigating the Mull of Galloway, a Zoom Webinar, is being held on Thursday 10th December at 7.30pm.

The dramatic Mull of Galloway has long been an enigmatic location. There is archaeological evidence of human activity there from the Neolithic onwards, but the site has long been noted for the presence of the system of defensive earthworks that form what may be the largest Iron Age enclosure in Scotland. Despite this, little is known about the origins or purpose of the site in prehistory.

Join AOC Archaeology for a discussion of the archaeology of the Mull, and the significance of some recent new survey works carried out there as part of the Rhins Revealed project.
