There is a play park and picnic area next to the village and a marine life centre at the far end of the beach from the car park.
Local Attractions
Portpatrick is a harbour town with many facitilies including shops, hotels and pubs. Logan Botanic Garden is an exotic haven for plant lovers. Mull of Galloway Experience is found at the southern most point of Scotland and includes a lighthouse exhibition, RSPB Reserve and Café.
Description
The beach is set in a picturesque bay in the small village of Port Logan including a stone pier and old lighthouse at one end of the bay and the marine life centre, Logan Fish Pond, at the other.
