Privacy Notice for Robin Rigg Community Fund Applicants
Thank you for your interest in the Robin Rigg Community Fund. The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires us to inform you about the personal data that we collect and how we use it.

What personal data is collected from applicants?
We specifically collect the name, position and contact details of the person acting as the main contact within the applying organisation as a part of the application process. Other personal data may be included within your application if this is relevant to understanding and assessing the application.
How will your personal data be used and handled?
We use your personal data to administer the Robin Rigg Community Fund. This will include, for example:
- – reviewing and assessing applications,
- – notifying you of the outcome of your application,
- – disseminating other information relevant to either applicants to the fund or recipients of the fund.
We also use this data to review and assess the Robin Rigg Community Fund programme as a whole.
Your personal information may be shared with E.ON Climate and Renewables UK who operate the Robin Rigg wind farm and are the funders of the Robin Rigg Community Fund.
Your personal data may be stored both as paper copies filed in our office and in electronic form stored on Dropbox.
Why can we do this?
Processing your personal data to administer the Robin Rigg Community Fund is necessary in order to manage the grant agreements that arise under the programme. Reviewing and assessing the Community Fund programme as a whole is done to further SFP’s legitimate interest of maintaining a good working relationship with the funder.

This Privacy Notice applies only to data collected through the application process for the Robin Rigg Community Fund – either through the application form itself or other communications related to the fund. Your rights
You can ask to view the personal data we hold about you at any time. If you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to have it changed or deleted.
