Solway Special Places Images Project

This project has been funded by Scottish Natural Heritage and Dumfries and Galloway Leader+ and has allowed the Partnership to buy excellent quality images for use in future issues of Tidelines and other publications. The collection comprises Solway views, birdlife, flora and fauna, recreation, geology, industry and beach litter.
The images will be available for viewing shortly on the Dumfries and Galloway Environmental Resources Centre website http://www.dgerc.org.uk/. High resolution images can be obtained electronically free of charge from Solway Firth Partnership (details are on our Contact Us page) but please be aware some of these images are very large and may take a while to download.
The images are freely available for public use with the following conditions:
- The copyright of the photographer must be acknowledged
- The SNH and Leader+ logos must be displayed with/alongside the photographs
- These logos are available when we send you an electronic copy of the photograph
