UK Jellyfish Survey

Take part in the UK Jellyfish Survey!

When you go down to the beach this summer, please keep your eyes peeled for jellyfish. Marine Conservation Society (MCS) still know very little about these wobbly wonders but it is known that several species of threatened sea turtle feed on them, and in UK waters too!

Tell MCS where you see jellyfish so they can map them, understand how they may be affecting us, and where they may be attracting turtles.

Don’t know your moon from your lion’s mane?

Download your free Jellyfish Identification Guide here to help you work out what you’ve spotted.

And if you’re lucky enough to spot a turtle or even a basking shark, MCS would love to hear about these too.
