Solway Coastwise Coordinator Sought


Solway Firth Partnership is seeking applications for the new post of Coordinator for the Solway Coastwise Project.  

 

The Coordinator will be an enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated person who will deliver the three year Solway Coastwise project, raising awareness of the quality of our coastal heritage through activities, events and electronic and printed media.  The successful candidate will have a relevant degree (or equivalent qualifications) and appropriate experience in a related field, a wide understanding of Dumfries and Galloway’s coastal/marine heritage and culture, excellent organisational and communication skills, good IT skills, a flexible and enthusiastic approach. A full driving licence with use of a vehicle is required.

The closing date for applications is 5pm on Tuesday 12 July 2016. Interviews will be held on Monday 25 July 2016. Candidates will be informed by Monday 18 July if they are going to be called for interview.
